Ta’ Qali Aqua Aerobics Spring 2026
Starting Monday 6th April till Sunday 28th June.
Neptunes WPSC is proud to continue our Aqua Aerobics classes at our heated, indoor pool at Ta’ Qali. The benefits of which are well known and listed below:
- Low-impact on joints – Water reduces the impact on knees, hips, and spine, making it ideal for people with arthritis, injuries, or limited mobility.
- Improved cardiovascular fitness -The natural resistance of water increases heart rate safely, enhancing endurance and overall heart health.
- Full-body strengthening – Water provides resistance in all directions, helping tone muscles throughout the body without needing weights.
- Enhanced flexibility and range of motion – The buoyancy of water supports the body, allowing deeper, safer stretches and improved mobility.
- Calorie burn and weight management – Aqua aerobics can burn a significant number of calories while feeling easier than land workouts, supporting weight loss and maintenance.
No lessons will be held on Friday 1st May and Sunday 7th June.
